“Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.” -Psalm 106:1
The Branch contemporary worship service meets every Sunday at 11am in the Fellowship Hall at Griffin First UMC. Worship is the opportunity to praise, adore, and revere God. Worship is about gaining a relationship with the living God and realizing our need for Jesus. We recognize that God has created everyone to worship and know our Maker and Savior. As we seek God’s face through worship, we believe that we begin to learn more about ourselves. Here at The Branch, our worship is always in response to what God is doing in our lives. We also believe that it is rewarding to worship in a community of faith.
We have contemporary Christian music led by our praise band, food that helps to form community in an inviting family atmosphere, and messages that are true to Scripture and relevant to your life.
Worship is more than music, but a way of life. We hope that when you come, you will leave knowing of Jesus’ love for you and let God’s love shine through you in the world.
“My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you – I, whom you have redeemed.” - Psalm 71:23
